Merrill Y. Landis, Ltd.

Merrill Y. Landis came to us with several concerns. The website was older and somewhat outdated. The design needed an overhaul, and their backed B2B programming needed an upgrade as well. After a few meetings and discussions on what could be done, Sleeper Interactive addressed all of these issues. The website was given a facelift and some updated content, and the customer login section was completely reprogrammed, but was still able to interface with their existing in-house project tracking software. The process resulted in a significant increase in website traffic, and in reduced customer relations phone calls regarding tracking project status.

Following this initial upgrade, Sleeper Interactive headed a project to convert their existing catalog into digital format for cd-rom distribution. This conversion saved them money on catalog creation and mailing, and saved customers time in locating product. The digital catalog files were also uploaded to the website for customers to access 24/7 as needed. This solution provided more up-to-date information for clients and again resulted in traffic increases to their website.
